You can opt to eat a few cloves of garlic every day. If you don’t prefer the smell and taste of raw garlic, boil a few cloves of garlic in a solution containing four cups of water and a cup of milk, for about 20 minutes. Mash a ripe banana and mix it in a glass of coconut water. Add a teaspoon of honey and a half cup of fresh, unsweetened yogurt.
