Clove

Clove is a natural source of healing property. You can use raw clove or clove oil for the same. Take a few drops of clove oil on your finger and apply it on the gums which bleed.

You may feel a burning sensation on the gums for a while. This will help in healing the ailment of the gums. You can also chew one raw clove to sooth out the problem of bleeding gums. This is one of the best tested home remedy for bleeding gums.

Baking Soda

Baking soda is basic in nature and helps in reducing the acid which encourages bacteria to reproduce and cause gum bleeding. Thus, we need to prepare a paste with baking soda. Take 1 teaspoon of baking soda in a small bowel and mix one and a half teaspoon of water to it.

Mix well to prepare a smooth paste. Now apply this paste on the gums after brushing. This would taste bitter but the result will be sweet enough to make you happy. Do this twice a day for noticeable improvement in the condition.

Salt also helps in killing bacteria. You need to heat up a glass of water until it is lukewarm. Mix half teaspoon of common salt into the water and stir well.

It is a known fact that aloe vera has a natural power of healing. We will be using this property in case of bleeding gum as well. You just need to apply the fresh aloe vera pulp on the gums with the help of your fingers.

Let it settle down on your gums for about 10 to 15 minutes and then rinse off with lukewarm water. Do this regularly thrice a day for getting rid of the problem.

Neem leaves are rich in antiseptic property. We will be using neem leaves to prepare a mouth wash which will help in healing the bleeding gums. Take 5 cups of water in a container and boil.

Add one handful of raw neem leaves into the boiling water and steep it for 20 minutes. Later use it as a mouth wash when lukewarm. You may also preserve it in a bottle for using it later in the day. Do this for 3 times a day for better effect.
