Constipation is a very common problem that occurs during pregnancy. Drink Warm Fluids
Try to have more of warm fluids like tea, soups, hot lemon and honey water, etc. These warm soups and drinks are known to ease bowel movements and help in smoother release of digestive juices. So you don’t have to exert pressure and can ensure that constipation stays at bay. Drink warm water in the mornings and keep having soups or warm drinks during the day.
Eat More of Fibre

Eat Magnesium Rich Foods

Warm Water Compress Or Bath
Sometimes, warm water compress and bath are very relaxing and this helps in getting rid of stress, which is a primary cause of constipation. Try to soak yourself in the warm bath tup water or give a warm compress on your stomach, using a warm (not hot towel). This helps to ease bowel movements.
One of the best home remedies for easing constipation during this time is coconut water. You can also eat the fruit and the pulp, but drinking coconut water twice a day is a sure-shot remedy to ease symptoms of constipation. Just make sure that you have at least one glass in the morning, on empty stomach. The other glass you can have any other time during the day.
