Sit and bend both your legs so that the heels touch each other. Bring it close to your groin. Now with the support of both your hands gently push your knees up and down. If you feel a lot of pain on your thighs then stop and come back to the position where you are most comfortable. If you are unable to so the asana with both legs then do one leg at a time. This is a great exercise which can be done even during pregnancy.

Sit down keeping your back erect and then bring your right feet over your left thigh while you keep your left leg straight. Sit in this posture for a few minutes. Then do the same with the other leg.
