This is one of the best smoothies that you can have in the morning so that you can stay hunger-free for a long time period. Just take 3/4th cup of strong green tea. You can squeeze in half lemon and also add a pinch of cayenne pepper so that you can add some taste to your smoothie. Lastly add 1/4th cup of fat-free yoghurt and few ice cubes. Once this is done, you can beat this all together in the food processor. If you are able to have this as your breakfast for 8 continuous weeks then you will be able to shed at least 5 pounds.
