6 Homemade Clay Face Masks For Acne

If it is very thick and dry, add some more water. If the paste is runny, some more fuller’s earth needs to be added. If you have dry skin with acne, applying oil to keep the skin moist will only increase the symptoms. To make a glycerin based clay mask, mix together 1 tablespoon Fuller’s earth or green clay, 1 teaspoon each of glycerin and honey in order to form a consistent mixture. Apply it on your face and wash off with water after 15 minutes.

Yogurt has anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties and applying yogurt on skin prevents acne from spreading further. It also removes the blemishes caused due to acne.

To make a yogurt and bentonite clay mask, you will need to make a thick paste of both these ingredients in equal proportion. If you are using 2 teaspoons of clay, make sure you add another 2 teaspoons of yogurt into it. Prepare the mixture in a porcelain or glass bowl.
