The lactobacillus in curd can do wonders for cleansing your skin and leaving it moist and bright. Curd too acts almost in the same manner as milk by giving an exfoliating treatment for your pigmented skin and leaving it clear and even toned.

3. Vitamin E

Vitamin E is the shortcut for achieving great looking skin. For skin that is hyper pigmented and patchy, take some vitamin E oil on your palm and massage firmly in circular motions. Continue for 15 minutes every day. Leave the oil for a couple of hour and wipe off. Doing this every day will do away with the pigmentation and also leave your skin revitalized and wonderfully soft.

In a month’s time, you will have greater and more even skin tone. Continue application until all the hyper pigmentation is taken care of.

In the morning, crush them to form a coarse paste and add some milk to it. Massage this on the area of hyper pigmentation. Oatmeal is rich in vitamin E as well. A face pack can be prepared with oatmeal powder for treating hyper pigmented skin. Take adequate amounts of oatmeal powder and add some milk and honey as well in order to form a thick paste. Apply the paste on the affected skin and allow it to dry completely. Continue treatment for a month and the pigmentation would have lightened considerably.
