In the case of lactose intolerance, the body does not produce the enzyme called lactase which is responsible for the digestion of the sugar present in milk.So if you find yourself allergic to milk, better stay away from it and anything related to it. This would include butter, yogurt, cream, cheese and any other milk product.

Eggs are my all time favorite foods and the very thought of being allergic to them would make me, and others like me go crazy.However, eggs can cause allergies, mainly due to the proteins present in them.Select proteins present in both the white and egg yolk can cause allergies, with the former being more prominent. The symptoms of these allergies can range from hives, skin irritation and rashes to inflammation in the nasal passage and sever bouts of vomiting.
