Prepare an infusion with basil leaves to remove flu and related disorders. Take some basil leaves and crush it before adding it to a cup of boiling water. Crush 3-4 cloves as well and add to the water. Simmer for 10 minutes. Allow the infusion to stand for another 10 minutes. Drain the leaves and drink it 4 times a day.
