Arousal problems arise due to anxiety, stress, sexual problems, irritation, lack of interest and low libido in women. Another reason for vaginal dryness is poor performance by the partner such as early ejaculation and lack of any oral stimulation.
Treating Vaginal Dryness Effectively
Vaginal dryness should never be ignored otherwise it shall have a huge impact on the sexual life of the lady. Treatment usually depends on the cause; hence, correct diagnosis of the cause is of utmost importance. There are several home remedies for treating vaginal dryness; there are many yoga postures which help in treating the condition. Meditation is also recommended which helps in reducing stress and anxiety. Meditating for at least 30 minutes in a day helps in relieving stress and calms down the mind.
In most cases, Doctors suggest localized treatments which include vaginal estrogen inserts. However, in case of other women, especially for those are going through menopause symptoms like hot flashes are suggested skin patch treatment and oral medications which help in releasing estrogen in the body. In case of local estrogen hormone treatment, hormone treatment is inserted in the vagina in the form of cream, pellet or ring which complement the systematic medications which help in raising estrogen levels of the body.
