Lemon Juice With Water
Lemon juice is helpful in cleansing your stomach when you are suffering from loose motion. So take lemon juice with one glass of water and add a pinch of salt. You can drink it 2-3 times till all the intoxicants flushed out from your body.
Eat Banana With Sat Psyllium Husk
Take one banana cut into pieces and mix it with Sat Psyllium husk. Sat Psyllium husk contains the husk of seeds of the plantago ovata, popularly known as Psyllium husk. This time-tested herb which helps in controlling Diarrhea. Sat Psyllium husk is easily available in the market.
Pomegranate fruit is helpful in reducing the loose motion problems that you are suffering from. Eating the pomegranate seeds during loose motion will help in stopping loose motion. You can also take healthy soups or fruit juices.
Electrolyte powder mixed in water will help you to provide relief from stomach pain and cramps that usually occur during loose motion. Coconut water is also a very good agent that will keep you hydrated during loose motion.
