But when you are suffering from nausea and vomiting, an increase in bile can cause inflammation in the stomach lining. As a result, your condition may become worse. Hence, you should avoid fatty foods such as full-fat dairy products, beef, ham, hamburgers, pork, fried foods, chocolate, cakes, pastries, etc. when vomiting.
