You can use a brush for sweeping away cellulite! Hard to believe, but true. A soft brush used for scrubbing the body can be used for this. You have to start brushing in light, long, sweeping strokes. Continue doing this for two minutes every day. Within a month you will see the cellulite getting flattened and finally disappearing from your skin as the fat has melted away with the regular strokes.
Another way is to use a medium hard bristled brush for exerting pressure on the cellulite on your skin. Press the bristles firmly on the cellulite several times. After this, move the brush in circles for two minutes to disintegrate the fat. You may use an electric brush or massager which rotates for this treatment which is easier and exerts an even pressure and motion on the cellulite. Continuous treatment for a month will do away with all the fat deposit.
2. Coffee Scrub
Coffee can be used as a scrub on the cellulite for removing it and creating an even textured and silky smooth layer of skin on top. Take coffee powder and rub on the cellulite. Coffee absorbs excess fluids and fat from the body with constant application. Do this for at least a month to see results.
3. Massage Therapy
Massage therapy can be done with cellulite creams that are available in the market. These are easy to use as you have to just follow the instructions on the label and massage every day. Massage creams can be prepared at home as well. Take one part massage oil and three parts apple cider vinegar and mix well. This can be used for massaging into the skin. Using massage technique will help in disintegrating the pockets of fats within the skin and smoothen out the skin.
4. Exercise and Diet
Finally, whatever you do, a fair amount of diet changes and exercise regimes have to be incorporated in your lifestyle to get a permanent result for these natural methods of treatment. Go for a low fat diet that is full of vegetables and drink plenty of water as well to flush out the excessive fat and toxins effectively. Make time for an hour of weight training and cardiovascular exercises at least three days a week to keep away from cellulite.
