Sit comfortably with an upright spine. The sacral point is located at the back, at the bottom of your spine, just above the tail bone. Apply pressure for about two minutes on this point using both your palms.

First locate the sacrum which is the bony base of your spine. From this point, go two finger widths apart to both sides to locate the womb and vital points.
