Boiling a few pieces of ginger with water prior to adding tea leaves to prepare tea and this is yet another natural remedy for curing cold. Another remedy is that you can also add a few pieces of ginger to a cup of water and boil well. Then you filter this and add a teaspoon of sugar to the liquid. Consume twice daily and you will notice the effect it has.
