Not eating properly can cause deficiency of vital nutrients increasing the risk of postpartum depression.

Having a baby is one of the happiest things in a person’s life. You must allow yourself to enjoy this phase instead of treating it as a burden. If you stay happy there is no way postpartum depression can dare to touch your life.
