Home Remedies For Gum Disease
Green tea is one of the most effective home remedies for gum disease. You can take 2 teaspoons of green tea and boil it in a cup of water for 4 to 5 minutes. Steep it for 2 minutes and then strain it in a cup.
You should drink at least 2 to 3 cups of green tea for effective recovery from gum disease. If regularly done, you may also prevent it from happening in near future.
Baking Soda Paste
This is an easy home remedy. You have to prepare a paste with 1 teaspoon of baking soda and required amount of water. Mix both in a small bowl and apply in on the affected gum with your fingers.
Gently massage it on the gums for about 4 to 5 minutes and later swish out with normal water. Do this twice a day for 1 month to get rid of the gum disease permanently.
Lemon And Salt
Lemon is rich in Vitamin C. This has got a property of anti-inflammation which will help to suppress the swelling of the affected gums. You need to prepare a smooth paste with both the ingredients. For this you need to squeeze out the juice of one lemon and mix it with 2 teaspoon of common salt.

Clove oil is one of the oldest ingredient used in the treatments of mouth diseases. Clove oil can be used in the case of gum disease as well. You need to apply the clove oil on the affected gum and keep it for 5 minutes.

Tea Tree Oil
Tea tree oil has got an antiseptic property which helps in healing gum disease.
You can apply a small amount of tea tree oil on the affected gum and leave it for 2 to 3 minutes for better result. Do this once a day regularly for permanent relief.
