Another thing that can create an impact on your mood is dehydration. If you are dehydrated then you will suffer from headache and ultimately, this will spoil your mood. If yours is a planned caesarean then understand how it happens. Try to understand the birth process by watching some videos. This will make you mentally strong. Don’t talk to random people as they may scare you with their bad experiences, rather than the good ones.

If you are a working female then commuting would be a part of your daily life. You can talk to your employer and request them to change your shift timings. This will help you to avoid peak hour’s traffic. If you are spending long hours in travelling then you can also check with your employer for work from home option. While commuting, ensure that you are sitting. If you don’t find a seat for yourself then walk up to people and request them to give you their seat. Don’t feel embarrassed to do that. People would be more than willing to help you and there are also possibilities that they wouldn’t have noticed you standing.
