The active cultures present in yoghurt are one of the best remedies for treating yeast infections. Down as many cups as possible when you have yeast as well as bacterial infections in the body.


Along with that, topical application of yoghurt on the affected area as well is encouraged for removing the fungi from there as well. If it is a vaginal yeast infection, apply yoghurt into the vagina or insert a tampon that is soaked in yoghurt. Replace every few hours with fresh yoghurt.

Tea tree oil is a strong oil with acidic properties. If applied directly on the skin, it could burn the skin.
