Some Natural Cures For Dark Spots
Slice a lemon and squeeze gently so that the juice oozes out. Rub the lemon slice on the dark spots and leave it on for 20 minutes. Lemon removes the top layer of spotted skin with frequent application and also lightens the skin to a great extent, thereby fading away the dark spots.
Onion has the power to lighten the skin and hence can exert its fading action on the dark spots. Slice an onion and rub on the dark spots every day. Leave it on for some time. This can be done twice or thrice a day for a month. With this treatment, the dark spots would have faded considerably that it is difficult to see them anymore.
3. Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is very acidic in nature and act as an exfoliant to the skin affected with dark spots. Take two tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and add one tablespoon of orange juice as well. Massage on the dark spots and allow it to dry. Orange has skin lightening properties and also exfoliated the skin. Doing this twice every day will give you very encouraging results.
4. Aloe Vera
Take fresh aloe gel and apply on the dark spots. Within a month of religious application, your skin starts glowing in health and the dark spots are history with not a trace to be found anywhere on your skin.
When you pluck a dandelion, the sap starts oozing out form the stem. Dab this sap on the dark spots and leave it there for the whole day. Apply as frequently as required and apply every day. In a month’s time, your dark spots would have lightened and faded to invisibility.
Apply buttermilk on the dark spots after mixing it with some honey. Buttermilk has skin lightening and exfoliating properties. After the buttermilk has dried on your skin, remove using a warm towel after wringing it dry. This will remove the top layer of skin and reveal clear skin, devoid of dark spots from within.
7. Hydrogen Peroxide
Being a bleaching agent of great proportions, hydrogen peroxide can bleach the dark spots and lighten them so that you cannot see them. Apply hydrogen peroxide on the dark spots and leave it on for 15 minutes every day. Apply for two weeks and you will see the difference.
