Mild to moderate exercise for half an hour will help to improve physical, mental and emotional health. Stress can be rid-off and thus, stress related hormonal imbalance can be subsided which then reduce the sebum production. Stress also trigger the oil production which can be solved by regular exercise. During exercises, sweat production is high which helps to clear out the pores.
Legitimate bathing helps to clean your whole body. Throughout the day, whatever dirt and pollutant stuck in your body all will be wash off with bathing.
