Pressing this area will help deal with abdominal and menstrual cramps and constipation that can again lead to increased menstrual cramps, post menstrual syndrome, problems with reproduction, irregular menstruation and abnormal vaginal discharge.

Sacral Points

Sit comfortably with an upright spine. The sacral point is located at the back, at the bottom of your spine, just above the tail bone. Apply pressure for about two minutes on this point using both your palms.

You can do this by lying on both your palms placed one on top of the other and pressing on this area. This pressure helps in relaxing the uterus and stops the menstrual cramps within minutes.

Womb and Vital Point

First locate the sacrum which is the bony base of your spine. From this point, go two finger widths apart to both sides to locate the womb and vital points. These points are midway between the top part of your hip bone and the base of your buttocks. Pressure on these points will relieve menstrual cramps, pelvic tension etc.
